Did you know? Common Facts . . .
Horsell Common is many things:
- It's a wonderful habitat for wildlife
- It's a home to Bronze Age Barrows and to a former Muslim Burial Ground
- It's the place where HG Wells' Martians landed
- However, most of all it's Woking's green space - one of the first substantial areas of countryside reached on leaving SW of London - 830 acres of green space, maintained for the benefit of all and for the conservation of the animals and plants that live here.
